Key Responsibilities – Agency Channel

• Recruit, train and develop a team of life insurance advisors and agents
• Drive life insurance sales through the advisor network
• Motivate the team and monitor advisor activation and productivity
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Ensure business quality, policy persistency and customer satisfaction

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, field sales or marketing from any sector such as insurance, banking, FMCG, telecom, real estate, automobile or retail
• Graduate in any discipline
• Must be a local candidate of the city applied for, living there for at least 3 years, with good knowledge of the local market
• Strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
• Own two-wheeler preferred

Ideal Background

Candidates working as Sales Manager, Agency Manager, ADM, Agency Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Officer or Territory Manager in life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, banking, NBFC or financial services are preferred. Candidates who have handled a sales team or field team will be given preference.
