Key Responsibilities

- Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual branch business targets
- Drive renewals, policy retention and claim service coordination
- Ensure business quality, underwriting discipline and regulatory compliance
- Manage branch budget, manpower and day to day administration
Who Can Apply
- 4 to 9 years of experience in health insurance, general insurance, life insurance, banking, NBFC or financial services sales
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of team handling experience is mandatory
- Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred
