Key Responsibilities – Bancassurance Channel

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branch staff and managers
• Drive life insurance sales through the allocated bank branches
• Train and support bank staff on insurance products and lead generation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets from the assigned branches
• Ensure business quality, policy persistency and customer satisfaction

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, field sales or marketing from any sector such as insurance, banking, FMCG, telecom, real estate, automobile or retail
• Candidates with banking or bancassurance experience will be preferred
• Graduate in any discipline
• Must be a local candidate of the city applied for, living there for at least 3 years, with good knowledge of the local market
• Strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
• Own two-wheeler preferred

Ideal Background

Candidates working as Relationship Manager, Bancassurance Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Officer or Territory Manager in life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, banking, NBFC or financial services are preferred. Candidates who have handled bank branch relationships will be given preference.
