Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and drive life insurance sales from the branch
• Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales Managers, Agency Development Managers and advisors
• Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual branch business targets
• Monitor advisor activation, productivity, case size and team performance
• Ensure policy persistency, business quality and regulatory compliance
• Manage branch budget, manpower and day to day administration
• Build local market presence and relationships to generate new business

Who Can Apply

• 4 to 9 years of experience in life insurance, general insurance, health insurance, banking, NBFC or financial services sales
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of team handling experience is mandatory
• Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred
• Must be a local candidate of the city applied for, with strong knowledge of the local market
• Strong leadership, recruitment and people management skills

Ideal Background

Candidates working as Branch Manager, Branch Head, Associate Branch Manager, Agency Manager, Area Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Agency Development Manager or Territory Manager in life insurance or the wider BFSI sector are preferred.
