Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and drive retail health insurance sales from the branch
• Recruit, train and manage a team of Sales Managers, agents and channel partners
• Develop relationships with brokers, bank partners and hospital or corporate tie-ups
• Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual branch business targets
• Drive renewals, policy retention and claim service coordination
• Ensure business quality, underwriting discipline and regulatory compliance
• Manage branch budget, manpower and day to day administration

Who Can Apply

• 4 to 9 years of experience in health insurance, general insurance, life insurance, banking, NBFC or financial services sales
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of team handling experience is mandatory
• Graduate in any discipline, MBA preferred
• Must be a local candidate of the city applied for, with strong knowledge of the local market
• Strong leadership, recruitment and people management skills

Ideal Background

Candidates working as Branch Manager, Branch Head, Associate Branch Manager, Area Manager, Agency Manager, Senior Sales Manager or Territory Manager in health insurance, general insurance or the wider BFSI sector are preferred. Retail health, agency and broker channel experience is an added advantage.
