We are a recruitment consultancy working across banking, insurance, NBFC and broking.
What we collect
From candidates: name, WhatsApp number, city, current company, current designation, industry, channel, total experience, team size, current CTC, and — if you choose to give them — your email address and your CV.
From employers: your name, company, designation, mobile number, work email, the role you are hiring for, number of positions, location, and anything you write in the message box.
Why we collect it
- To judge whether you fit a role one of our client companies is hiring for.
- To contact you about that role.
- To share your profile and CV with employers who have given us a hiring mandate.
- To keep you on file so we can come back to you when a suitable role opens later.
Who we share it with
We share candidate profiles and CVs with employers who are hiring for a role we believe suits you. That is the purpose of registering with us.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Three years from our last contact with you. After that your data is deleted. If we speak again during that time, the three years begins again from that contact.
Your rights
- Ask us what data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time — it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may take the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
We never charge candidates
Right Recruitments never charges a candidate a fee, at any stage. If anyone asks you for money in our name, tell us.
Security
Your data is held on our website host and in our own systems, protected by passwords and access limits. No system is perfect — if a breach affects your data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
This website
Our website uses standard cookies needed for the site to work and to measure traffic. It does not use your data for advertising.
Changes to this page
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
