Job Summary

Airtel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecom Department Executive to support the installation, operation, and maintenance of telecom services. The role involves ensuring network reliability, resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain telecom equipment and network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
• Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams during installation and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and network performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Support upgrades, testing, and optimization of telecom systems.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of telecom networks, fiber optics, wireless communication, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
